My Background & Passion for Sports Nutrition
Hi my name is Sophie Curtain & I am a 23 year old elite athlete playing in the NRLW & a 3x World Champion Muay Thai fighter. In addition to my Dietetic studies at the University of Wollongong, I have completed the Certificate in Applied Sports Nutrition. I also have an extensive background in coaching across various domains.
My passion for nutrition started when I was a teenager, competing in multiple high-level sports. I experienced the positive impact my diet had on enhancing performance, recovery and overall well being. Now, I work to share my personal and professional knowledge with others.

My goal is to make nutrition simple, enjoyable and most importantly, effective. There is so much misinformation out there, I wanted to create a community where people could access clear, practical, and evidence-based guidance to reach their goals.

Unlike generic meal plans, my approach is deeply rooted in my experience as both an athlete and a sports nutritionist / student dietitian. I understand the demands of high-performance training and the practical challenges of balancing life, sport, work and school. I want to educate and empower individuals to build long term habits instead of crash diets & rebounds.
