Your meal plan will be emailed to you

Do you provide ongoing support and check-ins?

Depending on the program selected, the individual will either get access to a single performance plan or weekly check-ins. However, the people utilising the performance plans can book in for a follow up appointment to discuss any changes or questions

What if I have questions while following the program?

You will have access to Sophie Sports Nutrition social media, email & phone number after purchasing one of the nutrition services. If you are doing the weekly check ins, you can also bring them up during these formal discussions
